5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Paywall
Some features of Skinlo are accessible only through a paid subscription (“Premium” or similar).

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges, as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by following the instructions provided in the app.
All purchases are final, except where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to us.

Skinlo is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
